Cellphone data analyst Gideon Gouws is expected to return to the witness stand when the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial resumes in the North Gauteng High Court in Pretoria this morning. The state will lead Gouws’ further statements regarding the cellphone records of the accused.
Fisokuhle Ntuli, one of the accused, is being represented by Advocate Zandile Mshololo, who refuted claims made on Friday that her client called Meyiwa’s former lover Kelly Khumalo in August and October of 2014.
Weeks before the soccer player was shot and killed at Kumalo’s house in Vosloorus, east of Johannesburg, are the period in issue.
Ntuli refuted last week that he spoke with co-defendant Mthobisi Mncube just days prior to the soccer player’s murder.
